🔁 TopDot Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your TopDot purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund — just send:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unused, unopened TopDot sets within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • All parts must be included and unused
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost (if applicable).
